The contract between you and Ozark Scripts. Read it before purchasing.
Welcome to Ozark Scripts. By accessing or using our website at ozarkscripts.com, purchasing any of our products, or using any of our scripts or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Ozark Scripts is operated by Ozark GPC, operating from Arkansas, United States. References to "Ozark Scripts," "we," "us," or "our" mean Ozark GPC.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Products & services
Ozark Scripts provides digital controller scripts designed for use with the Cronus Zen hardware device. Our scripts optimize controller signal processing and operate within the bounds of standard human input emulation. All scripts are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately upon purchase.
3. Intended use & disclaimer
Our scripts are provided strictly for educational and testing purposes regarding hardware configuration. We do not condone or encourage the use of our scripts in online game modes or in any manner that violates a game's terms of service.
Ozark Scripts does not guarantee account safety, game compatibility, or any specific outcome. We are not responsible for account suspensions, bans, or other actions taken by game publishers. Scripts are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
4. Prohibited conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your access without refund:
- Sharing or redistributing any Ozark Scripts files, content, or Discord access with any third party
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any of our scripts or software
- Reselling or sublicensing our scripts or access to our services
- Account sharing — your purchase grants access to a single user only
- Circumventing any access controls, licensing mechanisms, or security measures
- Using our services to harass, exploit, or harm others
- Violating any applicable game terms of service in connection with our products
- Using our services to engage in fraud, including fraudulent chargebacks
If we determine that you have violated any game's terms of service or our own terms while using Ozark Scripts products, your access will be permanently revoked without refund.
5. Intellectual property
All Ozark Scripts branding, site design, GPC code, written content, and original media are the intellectual property of Ozark GPC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use purchased scripts for personal use only on a single Cronus Zen device owned by you. This license does not transfer any ownership rights. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Third-party trademarks (including game titles, console names, and the Cronus Zen™ mark) referenced on our website remain the property of their respective owners. See our Content Policy for full trademark attribution.
6. Payments & billing
All payments are processed through Shopify and its authorized payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to the applicable terms of those payment processors. Ozark Scripts does not directly store or process payment information.
For subscription products, you authorize recurring billing at the interval and price disclosed at checkout. You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account or by contacting ozarkscripts@gmail.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products and the instant access granted upon purchase, all sales are final. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.
Chargebacks. Filing a fraudulent chargeback for a product you accessed will result in immediate, permanent termination of all access. We retain logs from Discord, Whop, and Shopify and will use them as evidence in any chargeback dispute.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms. Upon termination, your license to use our scripts is immediately revoked. We may also terminate access if we believe, in our sole discretion, that your conduct is harmful to other users, our business, or third parties. No refund is owed upon termination for cause.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ozark GPC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, game accounts, profits, revenue, goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of our services — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability for any and all claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Ozark Scripts in the 12 months preceding the event, or fifty United States dollars ($50.00), whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ozark GPC, Ozark Scripts, and any affiliated parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to: (a) your use or misuse of our products or services; (b) your violation of these Terms of Service; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including any game publisher's or platform's terms of service; or (d) any content you submit through our services or community channels.
11. Hardware compliance and §1201
Ozark Scripts are hardware configuration tools for the Cronus Zen controller adapter. They operate exclusively at the controller input layer via the Cronus Zen device and have no interaction with, access to, or effect on any game software, game memory, game servers, DRM systems, or any other access-controlled content. Ozark Scripts does not produce or distribute tools that circumvent technological protection measures under 17 U.S.C. § 1201. See How It Works for a full technical explanation.
12. DMCA policy
Ozark Scripts respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on ozarkscripts.com infringes your copyright, please follow the procedure described in our DMCA Policy to submit a takedown notice to our designated agent.
13. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date and, where reasonably possible, communicated via email or Discord announcement. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
14. Dispute resolution & binding arbitration
This section affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court and to have a jury hear your claims.
Binding arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court.
Class action waiver. You and Ozark Scripts each waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, mass action, or any other representative proceeding. All disputes must be brought in your individual capacity only.
Exceptions. This arbitration agreement does not apply to: (a) small claims court actions within applicable jurisdictional limits; or (b) claims for injunctive or equitable relief to protect intellectual property rights.
Procedure. Arbitration shall be conducted in English in Arkansas, United States, or remotely at the arbitrator's discretion. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to ozarkscripts@gmail.com within 30 days of your first purchase, stating your name, email address, and intent to opt out. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms.
15. Governing law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Subject to Section 14, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Arkansas for any matter not subject to arbitration.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, invalid, or illegal, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The class-action waiver in Section 14 is non-severable: if it is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration agreement is void.
17. Entire agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Content Policy, and DMCA Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ozark Scripts regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior communications, representations, or understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter herein.
